March report :
 
Many meetings and tastings took place in the recent weeks: at the end of February we attended the Paulée of San Francisco to meet aficionados and american wine professionals with targeted tastings and great dinners.
2012 is also the year of The "Grands Jours de Bourgogne" where we showed some 2010 wines in Meursault with a brek-in eats around a magnificent pot-still.
At least, we poured 2009 vintage at the Domaines Familiaux tasting in Paris.
In the meantime, with hot season of March, the vines woke up  and the bud-break began in the whites during the latest days of the month.Small leaves are appearing.
