July report :

Summer weather prevailed over Burgundy until July 12.
Since then, the nights are very cool and cloudy days with rain falls takes turn with more clear sky.
With this fresh weather for the season, the vineyard takes its time and the ripening goes slowly.
For helping the vine to take the most of the brightness, we sprayed  a preparation 501 of horn silica at the end of the month.
Maybe, more than 100 days after flowering  will be necessary for reaching the optimal maturity?
