August 2011 :

At the beginning of the month, the weather was temperate even cool, after that, the temperatures reached very high levels (32°c) during several days.
Fortunately, storms avoided us.
The grape maturation continues step by step and we plan the harvest for the latest days of the month.
We racked all the 2010 wines.
The wines have good and intense colours, the fruit is very present.They are well balanced and persistent.
It will be an excellent classic vintage.
